Jason Stepkovitch, MD is a board certified psychiatrist who completed his internship at St. Luke’s-Roosevelt Hospital in Manhattan and his psychiatric residency at SUNY Upstate Medical University. Dr. Stepkovitch has extensive experience in community mental health, having served in the past as medical director for Cortland County Mental Health.

NURSE
Joanne Bigness is a nationally board certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Family Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. She completed advanced practice nursing degrees at SUNY Binghamton Decker School of Nursing where she was also a faculty member for 8 years. Joanne has over 24 years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner working with all age groups in both private and public settings. She is a member of the NYS Nurse Practitioner Association and the national nursing honor society, Sigma Theta Tau.
Joanne believes having the courage to seek help for depression, anxiety, and other mental health conditions is a sign of strength and hope for a brighter future. Her practice focuses on individualized patient centered holistic care where patient needs are prioritized and current evidence based practice recommendations are implemented to develop a plan of care that will promote optimal health.
